Under a microscope, your windshield has a rough and pitted surface, much like a sheet of sandpaper. The Windshield Protector, professionally applied by your Dealer or authorized Distributor, is an invisible, molecular level coating that actually changes the surface properties of your windshield glass, making it more resistant to rock chips and cracks caused by normal road debris.

Next, the resin is cured (hardened) under a special ultraviolet light. The repair is clear and is actually stronger than the original glass. This permanent repair guarantees that a crack or chip will not spread, thus saving your Manufacturer installed windshield.

Agents and Dealers have asked us about repair and replacement programs batched with other service contracts products. Our position is that you cannot service contract glass repair or replacement in most States. In a service contract format, glass repair or replacement is considered an insurance product and must be sold and fee secured by a licensed insurance agent.
Our product is not a service contract or warranty product. It is a product that is applied to your customer’s vehicle and is backed by a fully insured Limited Product Warranty. We do not offer our product to the consumer without the Limited Product Warranty attached. The product itself reduces the frequency and severity of glass damage due to road debris. The key to our product is not that we just repair or replace glass, the key is that our product helps prevent the damage from occurring in the first place. You customer wants a product to help prevent damage, not just act like an insurance policy and repair it.

You can now automatically generate LPW’s with data pulled from your ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds or other type of dealership management system! We will provide you with pre-printed forms. Once your system is programmed for our new form, we’ll be able to accept LPW’s that are mailed-in to us. This is a major enhancement to our program. You asked for it, and we delivered. If you want to issue Limited Product Warranties using you Dealer management system, just call us for formatting information.
Our rollout of the new and improved Windshield Protector formula is a big hit. After months of research and development, the new formula is available for shipment. It provides improved impact resistant qualities and hydrophobic tendencies. Installation of product is easier also, still providing your shop with a 10-minute application time. Additional advantages of the Windshield Protector include protection from pitting caused by sand blasting of the glass. While this is not specifically covered under the Limited Product Warranty, we feel strongly about its ability to protect your customer’s investment.
We are developing a process to allow your customers to renew their Product Warranty coverage at the end of the three-year warranty period. Look for this website enhancement in the third quarter of 2007. Of course your customer will be directed back to your Dealership for an inspection of the glass and reapplication of the Windshield Protector product. Payment for the reapplication will be invoiced to your Dealership.
